I shot this image with a Nikon 400mm f3.5 manual focus lens. It has amazing image quality if you’re ok with manual focus.

Blue Heron
This blue heron didn’t mind that I was 10 feet away from him. This shot was with a Nikkor 180mm f2.8 lens. I was originally shooting with a 400mm lens but he kept walking closer to me.
